Hands That Talk are collating feedback to present to DFC about accessibility for the Deaf. This will be used to measure what was outlined in the Sign Language Framework from 2016. It is important that we get as many Deaf over 18, to reply as possible, from across Northern Ireland, This feedback will help make things better for Deaf.
